 How many exhibitors can I bring to my show?
Our 11,325 square-foot Exhibit hall can accommodate nearly 60 exhibitor booths. With two additional meeting rooms that can accommodate an extra 20 booths and in-house catering specialists, the Clovis Civic Center can provide more space and opportunities for your show.

What security features are offered at the Civic Center?
The facility is equipped with on-site personnel. Entrances to the ballroom and meeting spaces are secured with restricted access locks along with a large gate at the entrance of the building for extra security.

The Clovis Civic Center’s Enchantment Ballroom features a set of double doors with direct outside access for your convenience.

How can your team help promote my show?
Our marketing team has the ability to assist in local promotion of your show. Advertisements, press kits and press releases can be created in-house. The marketing team will work with you to create a campaign that will focus on your specific demographics. This will help to increase awareness and attendance for your event.

Is there a box office at the Clovis Civic Center?
Yes, we offer a box office, a ticket supervisor and ticket sellers to accommodate your event’s ticketing needs.

Is there a charge for parking?
No, there are FREE parking spots on facility grounds including ample ADA spots. Clovis Community College provides additional space during weekend hours.
