How much will it cost to rent the building?
The Clovis Civic Center realizes that no two events are alike. Our facility offers many features from in-house catering to audio-visual support, because of these factors, our prices are not set.

How many exhibitors can I bring to my show?
Our 11,408-sq. ft. ballroom can accommodate nearly 60 exhibitor booths. With an additional 3,000-sq. ft. Pre-function area and in-house catering specialists, the Clovis Civic Center can provide more space and opportunities for your show.

What security features are offered at the Clovis Civic Center?
The facility is equipped with on-site personnel. Entrances to exhibit halls, ballrooms and meeting rooms are secured with restricted access locks.

Is there a charge for parking?
No, there are FREE parking spots on facility grounds including ample ADA spots. Clovis Community College provides additional space during weekend hours.

Shipping and Receiving?
Please contact your Event Manager at 505.935.5000 to make arrangements for small shipping and receiving. Items will not be accepted more than two days prior to the event.

Is smoking allowed at the Clovis Civic Center?
In accordance to New Mexico State Law, smoking is NOT allowed inside the Clovis Civic Center.  Designated smoking areas are provided outside the facility.

Can I bring my pet to the show?
For the safety and comfort of all our visitors, animals are NOT permitted in the Clovis Civic Center except in conjunction with an approved exhibit display or performance, which absolutely requires the use of an animal.  The Customer is responsible for obtaining all appropriate permits.  Guide, signal or service dogs (as difined by Law) are allowed in the Clovis Civic Center.  All sanitary needs for animals are the responsibility of the Customer.
