What is Paella?
Paella is a Spanish rice dish that includes different combinations of vegetables and meats, characteristically seasoned with saffron and other spices. Each chef has their own twist on this classic dish. Our Chef has cooked Paella live at over 100 events. Some might say he’s an expert when it comes to Paella.
What is Paella on the Patio?
Paella on the Patio, hosted at the Clovis Civic Center, will be an all-inclusive evening event. Reservations for each guest will include: their Paella meal, various appetizers, one complimentary beer or wine of their choice, dessert, and live entertainment. The patio will be lit with string lights and upon arriving, guests will be able to enjoy an assortment of Spanish Tapas (appetizers) while sipping on a wine or cold beer. Throughout the event, local musician Mitch Gray will play on his acoustic guitar while Executive Chef Sergio prepares the Paella for all to see.
Who should I bring with me to Paella on the Patio?
Friends, family, significant others! Everyone is welcome to enjoy us at this cultural event!
What should I wear?
Please wear clothes, but come in what you feel most comfortable in. Think of going to a friend’s back yard BBQ or garden party. A nice blouse or top with jeans, maybe even a summer dress or short sleeve button down. Your choice!
